Shipping

We ship across South Africa. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

• Standard Shipping: R99 nationwide. Delivery in 3–7 business days.
• Free Shipping: On all orders over R1,000.
• Local Collection: Currently unavailable, but we’re working on it.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition, free of odours, stains, and signs of wear.
• Sale items can only be returned if faulty.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To start a return or exchange, email us at helpchristco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
